Anula Courtis
Principal at Genex Consulting. Ms. Courtis possesses a diverse background in business and project
management, communications, and information technology processes and best practices. Under her
guidance, Genex Consulting works extensively in financial services, health care, government and other
industries to design, develop and implement technology solutions and business processes that meet
clients’ strategic, operational and economic goals.
Prior to joining Genex Consulting, Ms. Courtis was a Project Manager at McKinsey & Company.
Responsibilities related to the Quality Assurance Department included:
- Managing outsourced vendor management efforts across cross functional areas / teams
- Managing QA team members in the United States and in other countries
- Developing and implementing an improved process for Automation testing to fit into the overall Product
Development Life Cycle
- Hiring and training new contractors
- Implementing new processes designed to maximize efficiencies and improve level of service provided to
clients
Karen Ramlall
Principal at Genex Consulting. Ms. Ramlall is a seasoned Project Manager and Systems Analyst who has
provided a multitude of IT development services, as well as applied project management methodologies, to
a number of companies for more than a decade.
Prior to joining Genex Consulting, Ms. Ramlall served as Lead QA Analyst for McKinsey & Company, in the
role of Senior Documentum QA Specialist in the Quality Assurance department, responsible for a critical
integration project.
